Very professional and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Working with Window World was a great experience from start to finish. Henry Brandt (my sales rep) was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to use Window World and Mr. Brandt if I ever needed their services again.
We have had our windows and sliding door for over a year now. The customer service has been great from the initial estimate, through the install and for a recent check on a window issue. Everyone has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have recommended Window World to several people and will use them again if ever needed.
The service department is first rate. They are responsive and had a tech to my house quickly. He was friendly, efficient, and, explained what caused my problem.
