Roots is now my first point of contact for any sort of hvac work we need done on our house. I got a quote that seemed pretty suspicious and over the top from a competing company so decided to get a second opinion from Roots after finding them online. Shane came out and confirmed that almost everything I had been quoted wasn’t accurate, he walked me through everything and answered all of my questions concisely. He did the work he recommended which was so much less than the previous quote all while being polite, friendly and honest.
