Canyon Plumbing & Heating, Inc

Prompt service. Gave flat rate price to do job. Completed job. Cleaned up. No surprises. Thanks Eric

I can't recommend Canyon enough. We had water back up in the basement, so we asked that they come out and scope the lines. Graham arrived and suggested he first check the septic. He did and he found that that is likely the issue. He offered a referral for septic pumping and tips for disinfecting the floor and he didn't charge us a penny for it. This is our third time working with Canyon and every time we have, they've been very responsive, their work has been quality, thorough and professional and they've provided great customer service. Thank you Graham and Canyon Plumbing & Heating!

Jacob was on time, was very knowledgeable, and explained my options succinctly and clearly. He worked hard and efficiently and did great work.

Eric was awesome. He was able to resolve the problem timely and without the need for a new water heater! He was friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. Great service!

Wonderful experience with Canyon Plumbing & Heating!!! Spoken to the owner, Dan, when I called, he was very thorough and took time to understand what my concerns were. He got a technician, Danny, out the next day. The reminders and promptness of Danny were very professional. Danny addressed my toilet leak and was helpful in explaining what the problem was. Excellent company!
